Rezultate de cercetare:
Ca și indicatori de realizare pentru această fază au fost prevăzuți și realizați 1) un model de suprafață micro/nanostructurată cu arhitecturi controlabile periodice; 2) produs constând in suprafață litografiată în substrat rigid folosită pentru procesul de imprintare termică; 3) procedeu pentru fabricarea NIL a suprafețelor microstructurate; 4) produs constând in suprafață nanostructurată periodic, controlabila; 5) produs constând in filme subțiri de metal depuse pe rețele periodice dreptunghiulare cu constantă variabilă prin tehnici MS; 6) produs constând in sursă de vapori de azot lichid cu eficiență criogenică ridicată; 7) procedeu pentru obținerea de suspensii coloidale de nanoparticule metalice.
Diseminare:
Față de rezultatele preconizate am depășit indicatorii de realizare ai obiectivului propus prin publicarea a 12 articole ISI față de 4 preconizate și participarea la 13 conferințe internaționale față de cele 3 preconizate.
